About the IVR Standard Reports Catalog
The IVR v19 Standard Reports Catalog describes the standard reports that are available in your IVR application. Each report has a template with predefined columns and fields in a standard layout.
IVR Reports Setup
The required services and device log tables would have been configured when IVR was installed.
The IVR standard reports are generated in the Trapeze6 Client Shell.
IVR Activity Report
The IVR Activity report is designed to be run with previously created Report Group activities. It must be run individually on a group by group basis.
IVR Call Count Report
The IVR Call Count report displays the average number of calls per hour for all the days within the report range selected. This report does not reference Report Groups and looks at all calls in the system.
IVR Activity Breakdown Report
The IVR Activity Breakdown report allows users to select from their report groups and then break the information down into Daily, Weekly or Monthly graphs. This report presents the Activity Report data in a more granular form.
