Standard Toolbar Options

The following table describes the commands in the COM standard toolbar:

Command Name	Icon	Description
Launchpad		Shows the Launchpad pane on the left section of the screen. The pane contains the buttons for opening screens in the workspace. You can choose which buttons to place on the pane using the Menus tab of the Extensions dialog box. (This is typically performed by a Trapeze representative or your system administrator.)
New		Opens new reports. To open existing reports, use the Reports menu.
Open		Opens files such as reports.
Save		Saves data changes in the screen.
Print		Prints the selected data.
Print Preview		Shows a preview on the screen of how the printed information would appear.
Cut		Copies and removes the selected text from the screen.
Copy		Copies the selected text. Only visible columns are copied. Headings can also be copied.
Paste		Pastes a selection previously cut or copied.
Find		Finds the specified text.
Refresh		Updates data in the screen.
Context		Opens the Context dialog box where you can specify the data to show in the screen.
Add New		Adds a new record.
Edit		Launches the selected record into Edit mode.
Delete		Deletes the selected record.
Customize Grid		Opens the Customize dialog box where you can hide and show fields and change screen formatting.
First		Highlights the first record in the list.
Last		Highlights the last record in the list.
Sort		Shows the current data sort order and allows you to sort data by values in multiple columns.
Sort Ascending		Sorts data records in ascending order by values in the selected column.
Sort Descending		Sorts data records in descending order by values in the selected column.
No Sort		Restores the system default sort order for data in the grid.
Zoom In		Increases the print size.
Zoom Out		Decreases the print size.
Zoom 100%		Restores the screen to the print size set as the default.
