About IVR Context Properties

Trapeze Services use Context properties to be able to access the centrally defined and maintained property values.

Context properties can persist either in an ini file or in the database. Some do not have persistence at all and are always defined at run time.
Note: Blank or default values are not stored. They are skipped in the ini file or database.

The following tables explain the context properties that have to be set up properly to apply the IVR function. The context properties covered in the guide include those that are commonly used with other Trapeze products and those used with the PASS Info Service in the Trip Booking and Trip Administration modules of Trapeze PASS.
