Adding Divisions

You can add divisions, that are the geographic or revenue area served by a specific number of Full and/or Part-time Operators.

  1. Click Ancillary > Master Divisions.

  2. Click the Add New button: Add New button
  3. In the Division field of the new record, type the name of the division to which the new division belongs.
    This may refer to a geographic or revenue area depending on your organization.
  4. In the Division Name field, type the name of the new division.
  5. In the Transit Mode dropdown list, select the appropriate mode:
    • Demand
    • Fixed
    • Flex
  6. In the Transport Type field, specify the Trapeze product that provides the data or where the division data is used.
  7. Click the Save button: Save button
    The UseBD field is used by Trapeze OPS.
A number is automatically generated for the new record in the Division Id field. The time and date when the record was created are shown in the Modified Time and Modified Date fields, and your name (based on login information) in the Modified By field.
