To allow access to COM, click Traveler Information > Fixed Route > Com > Enabled in the Properties screen.

Before you can view the COM Context Properties:

To view the COM context properties, on the left pane of the Properties screen, click COM.

The list of context properties appears in the grid on the right pane.
