When installing INFO-Agent, make sure that you install the correct versions of the required components.

Trapeze4 Build; Dist and Toolkit files: TP4-19.x.x- where x stands for the version of the build Trapeze4
Runtimes: Tp48x_Runtimes.exe
Trapeze6 Build: TP6-19.x.x where x stands for the version of the build. This version should be the same as the TP4 build.
Client database backups (This applies to sites with existing data only.)
