About the CTM Cache

When working in a secure environment, schedulers or INFO-Agent users normally do not have access to the CTM services, that is, they are unable to restart services and reload cache.

This creates issues when testing itineraries and possibly, when changing transfers or stop times because the new information is not updated with a cache reload.

Refreshing the cache manually updates stop times, stops, and transfers (in cache in the CTM Server); it does not update any CTM changes made through the system properties. If you used the system properties, you must restart the CTM service.
