Each application needs to be configured differently in order that they can operate in the Trapeze4 environment successfully.
About the CTM Cache
When working in a secure environment, schedulers or INFO-Agent users normally do not have access to the CTM services, that is, they are unable to restart services and reload cache.
Loading Cache
Load the cache for the sign-up period with the current production data. Loading the cache retrieves a sign-up period’s schedule data for all services that all user workstations use for trip planning and schedule lookup purposes.

Load the cache for the sign-up period with the current production data. Loading the cache retrieves a sign-up period’s schedule data for all services that all user workstations use for trip planning and schedule lookup purposes.

Loading the cache can be done within the Configure dialog box. One or more sign-up periods can be selected for loading into the cache. Loading, however, can be disabled as well.

On the Itinerary Planning screen, click Itinerary Planning > Maintenance Tools > Load Cache. All the stop, transfer, and time data of the selected sign-up period is loaded.
Perform a test to determine if the loading is complete.
