Removing Cache

You can remove the cache if you want to load another set of data or reload the data.

Perform one of the following steps:
  • On the Itinerary Planning screen, click Itinerary Planning > Maintenance Tools > Remove Cache.
  • In the CTM Server dialog box, click File > Configure. The CtmSrvConfiguration dialog box appears. In the Cache frame, click Remove and then click OK.
After the cache is removed, a message appears advising you that the action has been completed.
Note: You must reload the cache in order to be able to run itineraries.
