Logging on to INFO-Agent
To access INFO-Agent, you must provide the necessary identification information.
- Open the Trapeze4 workstation.
- In the Login dialog, type your user name in the Login field.
- In the Password field, type your password.
- Optional:
To change the OBDC data source name, click Config. The
Configuration dialog appears.
From the DSN list, choose the data source name. From the Profile list, select the appropriate profile. Click OK.
Note: The data source name and profile point to the configuration database and are created by your system administrator or Trapeze representative. - In the Login dialog, click OK.
If a message states that you have entered an incorrect login name or password, click OK. To re-type the login name and password, repeat the procedure.
If a message states that your password has expired, click OK. The Change Password dialog appears.
