About Remarks

This section explains the organization of the Remarks screen, how to access it, and how to tell when there are new remarks you need to look at.

Remarks are messages sent by others to bring your attention to the latest updates that you need to keep in mind while answering calls. Remarks can range in content, from telling you a route is canceled or being rerouted, to bringing your attention to new policies that have come into effect. It is a fast way for you to get the information you need

Aside from creating general remarks, you can associate remarks with specific lines, stops, patterns and blocks and they can be assigned to specific users or user groups.
