Remarks Commands
Remarks are added and edited using the same Remarks screen.
The following table describes the commands used for the Remarks screen:

| Archived Remarks |

Shows the remarks that have been archived. |

Sends remarks to the archive. |
| From Archive |

Retrieves remarks from the archive. |

Enables you to add a new remark. |
| Edit |

Enables you to edit a remark. |
| Remarks Properties |  |
Opens the Remarks Properties dialog. |
| Save |

Saves the new or edited remark. |
| Delete |
 |
Deletes the selected remark. |
Note: The Add, Edit,
Properties,
Save, and Delete buttons are activated for users
with the appropriate administrative rights.
