Setting Remarks Context

The Remarks Context dialog allows you to apply additional filters to view remarks.

  1. To open the Remarks Context dialog, click Advanced Filter: Advanced Filter button
    The Remarks Context dialog is displayed.
  2. Select any of the following filters:
    • Valid remarks only
    • Expired remarks only
    • Pending remarks only
    • New (unread) remarks
    • Read remarks only
    • Remarks containing specific text only
    • Remarks associated with specific categories only such as lines, stops, trips, and patterns.
    • Specific remark types only
    • Remarks associated with specific service days only
    • Remarks with high, low, or normal importance
