INFO-Web Presentation Text Context Properties

The appearance of text on the INFO-Web G3 screens are mainly controlled in the custom markup file of each client. (The table explains the context properties that control the appearance of the text on the INFO-Web G2 screens.)

When requesting an itinerary lookup, any of the following LineNameAppearance parameters can be chosen:

  • None
  • Through Route - Two lines are defined as one line for scheduling purposes, but must be distinguished (shown as separate lines) for reporting or destination sign purposes.
  • Linked Line- Combined line on which vehicles travel with destination signs displaying the second line of the set of lines throughout the trip.

CS Schedule date is either before the current date (today) or after the number of days ahead maximum setting.
DA No stops found close to the requested origin (starting point) of your trip.
DB No stops found close to the requested destination (ending point) of your trip.
DC No stops with service at the requested time were found close to the origin (starting point) of your trip.
DD No stops with service at the requested time were found close to the destination (ending point) of your trip.
DE No itineraries were found at the requested time.
DF No itineraries were found.
IM Required input is missing.
MM Multiple location matches were found.
MN Multiple matches found but none were returned.
NA Location not recognized.
RS Number of solutions that were found for the request.
SA Stop abbreviation (StopId for StopAbbr) could not be found.
SI StopNum and LineDirId could not be found.
SX Stop IVR number could not be found.
TM No sign-up period could be found for the requested date.
TO The itinerary search time exceeded the configured time and so was ended.
UF Unknown date format was requested.
YA No stops were found with the requested accessibility.
YB No stops were found due to physical barrier obstructions.
YD No stops were found within the requested distance.
YI No stops were found on operational routes (internal routes do exist).
YT No stops are scheduled at the requested time.
YU No stops were found for unknown reasons.
