Before installing INFO-Web G3

Complete the following procedure before installing INFO-Web G3 into your network:

1. Install and configure the Windows operating system, Windows Server 2012 or higher.
2. Establish Network Connectivity - This step only needs to be done once - when INFO-Web is first installed.
3. Establish and test ODBC Connections to database.
4. Install Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0. Go to Installing and Redistributing MSXML 6.0 for more information.
5. Perform the following steps, if applicable:
   • Install and configure CTM Server to be used for the Web (TP4 v19).
   • Install Trapeze4 INFO-Agent (TP4 v19) and establish a line of communication with the CTM Server.
