Before installing INFO-Web G3

Complete the following procedure before installing INFO-Web G3 into your network:

1. Install and configure the Windows operating system, Windows Server 2012 or higher.
2. Establish Network Connectivity - This step only needs to be done once - when INFO-Web is first installed.
3. Establish and test ODBC Connections to database.
4. Install Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3988 for more information.
5. Perform the following steps, if applicable:
   • Install and configure CTM Server to be used for the Web (TP4-20.0.x).
   • Install Trapeze4 INFO-Agent (TP4-20.0.x.) and establish a line of communication with the CTM Server.
