Editing Offices

You can edit details of existing offices as required.

  1. In the List of Offices grid, select the office you want to edit.
  2. In the Options list, select Edit.
  3. Click Go.
    The Edit Office screen appears.

  4. Make the required changes from the following choices:
    • Options
    • Office Name
    • Phone Number
    • Active
    • Office Description
  5. Click the Submit button on the screen toolbar.
    The Office Update screen confirms that the office has been updated.
  6. Click OK.
You are directed back to the Offices Manager screen.
