Loading the Cache

Once the CTM Server is started, load the CTM Server cache with the current live data. Loading the cache means retrieving the schedule data of a sign-up period for all services, which all the user workstations, INFO-Web, and INFO-IVR use for trip planning and schedule information.

1. In the Trapeze4 workstation, click Itinerary Planning > Maintenance Tools > Load Cache.

   All the stop, transfer, and time data of the selected sign-up period is loaded.

2. Perform a test to determine if the loading is complete.
