About Channel Status Indicator

On each screen, DriverMate displays a channel indicator, which shows the status of communication between the application and the server.

The channel status indicator icon is displayed on the login screen and also on the top navigation bar of each screen.

Table 1. Types of Communication Status
Icon Status Description
Status Connected icon
Connected This indicates that internet connection is available and DriverMate can communicate with the XGate communication channel.
Connected, but no communication with Dispatch icon
Connected No Dispatch This indicates that internet connection is available, but DriverMate cannot communicate with the dispatch system, more specifically, the XGate communication channel.
Status Disconnected icon
Disconnected (No data connection)

This indicates that there is no connectivity available. In this case, DriverMate is disconnected from the server because there is no internet access on the device.
