PassRTV Context Properties

The following table lists and describes available properties for configuring data that appears in COM. Additional PassRTV properties are used for Real Time Views in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

PassRTV > Appointments > Late Drop Off Threshold

Minimum amount of time later than its requested late time that an estimated drop-off departure time must be for the trip to appear in the Appointment Time View.

For example, to show drop-offs with estimated departure times that are at least 10 minutes later than their requested late times, type 10.

PassRTV > Appointments > Time Window

Amount of time after the current time for which the Appointment Time view shows unperformed drop-offs with late estimated departure times.

For example, to show trips with late estimated departure times within one hour after the current time, type 1h.

The Appointment Time view shows unperformed drop-offs with late estimated departure times from the start of the service day to the end of the service day. The start of the service day is specified by the PASSRTV > Common > DayBegin property.

PassRTV > Appointments > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Appointment Time view.

PassRTV > Appointments > Run Group Run group filter.

Define a run group to be included in the Appointment Time View by using the IdentityId of the user who created the run group, a forward slash, and the run group name (for example, 10021/U-ABC).

To limit the run group view to a specific user, add a Level 1 Activity (IdentityId/Run Group Name) and Username.

The IdentityId is found in the CoreIdentity table in the database. The run group name must be associated with the user who created it because multiple users can create run groups that have the same name.

PassRTV > Late Pullins > Late Threshold Minimum amount of time that a run’s estimated pull-in time must be later than its scheduled pull-in time for the run to appear in the Late Pull-ins view.
PassRTV > Late Pullins > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Late Pull-ins view.

PassRTV > Late Pullins > Run Group Run group filter.

Define a run group to be included in the Late Pull-ins view by using the IdentityId of the user who created the run group, a forward slash, and the run group name (for example, 10021/U-ABC).

To limit the run group view to a specific user, add a Level 1 Activity (IdentityId/Run Group Name) and Username.

The IdentityId is found in the CoreIdentity table in the database. The run group name must be associated with the user who created it because multiple users can create run groups that have the same name.

PassRTV > Late Pullouts > No Driver Specifies whether the Late Pull-outs view only shows runs that do not have assigned drivers. If selected, the Late Pull-outs view only shows runs with late pull-outs that do not have assigned drivers. If not selected, the Late Pull-outs view shows all runs with late pull-outs.
PassRTV > Late Pullouts > Time Window Amount of time before the current time for which the Late Pull-outs view shows runs that were scheduled to depart but have not yet pulled out.

For example, to show runs that were scheduled to depart within the past hour and a half but have not yet pulled out, type 1h30.

PassRTV > Late Pullouts > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Late Pull-outs view.

PassRTV > Late Pullouts > Run Group Run group filter.

Define a run group to be included in the Late Pull-outs view by using the IdentityId of the user who created the run group, a forward slash, and the run group name (for example, 10021/U-ABC).

PassRTV > Late Trips > Dropoff Late Threshold Time Minimum amount of time that an unperformed trip’s estimated drop-off time must be later than the scheduled drop-off time for the trip to appear in the Late Trips view.

Trips only appear in the view based on their drop-off times if they do not have scheduled pick-up times.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Dropoff Time Window Amount of time after the current time for which the Late Trips view shows unperformed trips with late estimated drop-offs.

For example, to show drop-offs that are scheduled in the next 45 minutes but have late estimated times, type 45.

If the PassRTV > Late Trips > Floating Time Window property is selected, this property also specifies the amount of time before the current time for which the view shows trips with late drop-offs.

If the PassRTV > Late Trips > Floating Time Window property is not selected, the view shows trips with late drop-offs from the start of the service day to the specified amount of time after the current time.

Trips only appear in the view based on their drop-off times if they do not have scheduled pick-up times.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Floating Time Window

Specifies whether the view shows unperformed trips with late estimated pick-up or drop-off times from the start of the service day or for a specified period of time before the current time.

If selected, the view shows trips with late estimated pick-up or drop-off times within the amount of time before the current time specified by the PassRTV > Late Trips > Dropoff Time Window and PassRTV > Late Trips > Pickup Time Window properties.

If not selected, the view shows trips with late estimated pick-up or drop-off times from the start of the service day.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Late PUTime based on Specifies the time that is compared to the estimated trip pick-up or drop-off time to determine if the trip is late.

If Sched Time is selected, the scheduled time of the pick-up or drop-off is compared to the estimated time.

If Sched Late is selected, the scheduled late time of the pick-up or drop-off is compared to the estimated time.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Pickup Late Threshold Time Minimum amount of time that an unperformed trip’s estimated pick-up time must be later than the scheduled pick-up time for the trip to appear in the view.
PassRTV > Late Trips > Pickup Time Window

Amount of time after the current time for which the view shows unperformed trips with late pick-ups.

For example, to show pick-ups that are scheduled in the next 45 minutes but have late estimated times, type 45.

If the PassRTV > Late Trips > Floating Time Window property is selected, this property also specifies the amount of time before the current time for which the view shows trips with late pick-ups. If the PASSRTV > Late Trips > Floating Time Window property is not selected, the view shows trips with late pick-ups from the start of the service day.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Remove trip from view based on

Specifies whether trips are removed from the Late Trips view when their pick-ups are performed, when their drop-offs are performed, or when both their pick-ups and drop-offs are performed.

If pickup is selected, trips are removed from the view when their pick-ups are performed.

If dropoff is selected, trips are removed from the view when their drop-offs are performed.

If both is selected, trips are removed from the view when both their pick-ups and drop-offs are performed.

PassRTV > Late Trips > Providers Providers filter.

PassRTV > OnBoard Time > OBT Minimum number of minutes of on-board time required for a client trip to appear in the On-Board Time view.
PassRTV > OnBoard Time > Remove trip from view based on Specifies whether trips are removed from the On-Board Time view when their pick-ups are performed or when their drop-offs are performed.

If pickup is selected, trips are removed from the view when their pick-ups are performed.

If dropoff is selected, trips are removed from the view when their drop-offs are performed.

PassRTV > OnBoard Time > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the On-Board Time view.

PassRTV > OnBoard Time > Run Group Run group filter.

Define a run group to be included in the On-Board Time view by using the IdentityId of the user who created the run group, a forward slash, and the run group name (for example, 10021/U-ABC).

To limit the run group view to a specific user, add a Level 1 Activity (IdentityId/Run Group Name) and Username.

PassRTV > Run Slack > Time Window Window of time (starting at the current time) that should be viewable in Slack Time view.

For example, you can display slack time for the next four hours, or you can display slack time for the next twenty-four hours.

PassRTV > Run Slack > Threshold Time Minimum slack amount required for the run to be included in Run Slack view.
PassRTV > Run Slack > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Run Slack view.

PassRTV > Transfers > Default Transfers SubtypeAbbr Default booking subtype abbreviation for transfer trips.
PassRTV > Transfers > Time Window Amount of time before and after the current time for which transfers are shown in the Transfers view.

Either the transfer drop-off or pick-up must fall within this time window for the transfer records to appear in the view.

PassRTV > Transfers > Transfer Distance Limit Maximum distance between a drop-off point and pick-up point for them to be considered a transfer.
PassRTV > Transfers > Transfer Late Threshold Time If the drop-off is later than the pick-up by more than this amount of time, the records are highlighted in the Transfers view.
PassRTV > Transfers > Transfer Time Limit Maximum time between a drop-off and pick-up for them to be considered a transfer.
PassRTV > Transfers > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Transfers view.

PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Floating Time Window Specifies whether the view shows unperformed events from the start of the service day or for the period of time before the current time specified by the PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Time Window property.

If not selected, the view shows unperformed events with scheduled times from the start of the service day.

If selected, the view shows unperformed events with scheduled times in the period of time before the current time specified by the PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Time Window property.

PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Time Window Amount of time after the current time for which the Unperformed Events view shows unperformed events.

For example, to show unperformed events that are scheduled within an hour after the current time, type 1h.

If the PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Floating Time Window property is not selected, the view shows unperformed events that are scheduled from the start of the current service day to the specified period of time after the current time.

If the PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Floating Time Window property is selected, the view shows unperformed events that are scheduled during the specified period of time before and after the current time.

PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Providers Providers filter.

Supply a comma-separated value list of provider IDs to be included in the Unperformed Events view.

PassRTV > Unperformed Events > Run Group Run group filter.

Define a run group to be included in the Unperformed Events view using the IdentityId of the user who created the run group, a forward slash, and the run group name (for example, 10021/U-ABC).
