Properties on the MDT Center Tab

The following section explains the properties on the Mdt Center tab:

Ack Popup Mode OFF at Start If set to Yes, the message that appears when the MDT Center goes on Popup mode is disabled.
Beep Mode is On Upon Start If set to Yes, the system plays a sound when a message is received in the workstation.
Enable Sound If set to Yes, the sounds for the messages that have associated wav files are played. (Sound files must first be set up in System Properties.)
Hide Done Upon Start If set to Yes, messages that are marked Done when the MDT Center is launched are not displayed. The default and recommended setting is Yes.
Hide FX Messages Upon Start If set to Yes, FX type messages within the MDT Center are not shown when it is activated. You will only be able to view other types of messages, such as those related to paratransit operations.
Hide Messages From FX Veh Upon Start If set to Yes, messages from vehicles marked as Fixed are not displayed when the MDT Center is launched.
Hide Messages From Para Veh Upon Start If set to Yes, messages from vehicles marked as Para are not displayed when the MDT Center is launched. Set to No for paratransit operations.
Hide PASS Messages Upon Start If set to Yes, PASS paratransit messages are not displayed when the MDT Center is launched. Set to No for paratransit operations.
Late Trip Analysis enabled If set to Yes, messages that contain information on late trips are displayed.
MDC check for late trips period (hours) This property is related to the Late Trip Analysis enabled property. Set the number of hours for which you want to see the messages that show information on late trips. This property enables you to view the number of trips that may be running late at the end of the day.
Mdt Send button- Warning popup If set to Yes, a warning message appears when a message is sent from the MDT Server.
MDT Center Refresh Rate (sec) Sets the frequency (in seconds) for refreshing the MDT Center display automatically.
Msg Type Filters (Hide by Msg Type) This property allows you to suppress FX, PASS and General types of messages as listed in step 3 of Setting MDT Center System Properties. By default, all message types are displayed. If set to Yes, you are able to hide messages that you do not want displayed by type.
Notification (Used if the system has mobile computers with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) integration) If set to Yes, the MDT Server displays notification messages related to IVR messages.
Performed trip NoShow warning If set to Yes, a prompt, Attempting to Cancel a Performed Trip. Do you want to continue? appears when you cancel a performed trip. A similar property is applied in Schedule Editor.
Popup Mode is On Upon Start If set to Yes, the MDT Center opens automatically. If set to No, the dispatcher must manually launch the MDT Center using the icon.
Support Emergency Alarm Dialog If set to Yes, a separate dialog box is displayed showing the emergency messages in addition to having them appear in the MDT Center screen.
