Client Registration Commands

These commands are available in the Client Registration toolbar but may not be available on other screens.

Command Button Description
Delete A stylistic X.
Removes a record from the database.
Note: Client information is essential for reporting purposes. Trapeze recommends marking clients no longer using the service as InActive instead of deleting them from the database.
Hilite Light bulb. Highlights the address of the selected file on the map.
Note: The map must be open to use this button.
Zoom Magnifying glass. Zooms in on the address of the selected file on the map.
Note: The map must be open to use this button.
Follow Two footprints.
Shows the client’s default location on the map. For example, Home.
Note: The map must be open to use this button.
Client Eligibility Rules Piece of paper with a pin in it. Shows all eligibility conditions assigned to the client in the Client Eligibility Info dialog box.
Client Change Wizard Top hat with a wand.

Allows users to make changes to the client file and then perform the following actions:

  • Update existing subscription and casual trips
  • Email providers about the changes
