Running the Trapeze6 Service Shell as a Windows Service Method 2

You can install the Service Shell as a Windows service that runs automatically when you start the computer.

Method 2 for running the Trapeze6 Service Shell as a Windows Service provides less functionality than method 1.

Procedure

  1. Start the Trapeze6 Service Shell.
  2. Click Shell > Create NT Service.
    A confirmation dialog box appears.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Close the Trapeze6 Service Shell.
  5. On your Windows system, open Administrative Tools, then Services.
  6. Start the Service Shell service.
    The service name varies, but typically it starts with Trapeze.
