Performing Custom Queries

With a custom query, you can search for point records without using the options listed in the Filters pane.

Open the BSM portal. Make sure that the Point > Edit > Can Run Custom Query context property has been selected.
  1. Click Points on the Stop Manager list.
    The Points screen appears.
  2. Select the Custom query check box.
    The fields in the Filter pane are no longer shown.

  3. Enter your custom query.
  4. Click Execute.
    Note: You are unable to delete records in the search results from a Custom Query.
