Changing the Layout of Address Boxes

You can change the layout of all address boxes or individual address boxes.

The default address box layout is set in user-defined properties. You can also change the layout for each address box you use in the system.

If you are not sure what information is required in an address field, move the mouse pointer over it. A tooltip appears showing the name of the field.

  1. Change the default address box setting:
    1. Click File > Properties.
    2. Click the Formats tab.
    3. Click Address > Address Layout.
    4. Select the preferred Address Layout.
    5. Click OK.
  2. Change the layout on a specific address box:
    1. Right-click on the address box.
    2. Select the address layout to use.
      List of address layout options: Free-form address, Street and Unit, On Street and At Street, Location and Street.
