Supplementary Data (Supp Data) is usually set up during the FX installation. The fields are used to store additional data such as:
Editing Supplementary Data
Editing the values of the supplementary data in the various screens is performed in various ways. The fields may be edited using an editing tool, in the dialog boxes where they were first created using the Edit feature, or changed directly on the screen.

The steps in editing Ancillary supplementary data are the same for all the types of ancillary data that have supplementary data.

For supplementary data associated with Divisions, Lines, and Services, click File > Ancillary Data > Fixed and select the ancillary data you want to edit.
Within the respective ancillary data dialog boxes, the supplementary data appears in a Supplementary Data frame or fields.
Edit the values as required.
Click OK.
