About Trapeze MapMaker

Using Trapeze MapMaker, you can load base map data from a variety of Geographic Information System (GIS) formats into the Trapeze map database. You can then build additional data that enables Trapeze4 applications such as PASS, INFO-Agent, FX, and FLEX to quickly access spatial data.

Data in the Trapeze map database is saved in Trapeze4 map format. This proprietary map format is optimized for transit operations and processes such as geocoding bus lines and locations, estimating distances and times between locations, and preparing instructions for drivers.

You can also use MapMaker to export map data from the Trapeze database in other GIS formats.
