19.0.18.0 CORR Improvements were made to absence quotas: In Absence Quota Types ancillary data, the Bidding Display field now has an "in Hours" option. When selected, in the Employee Bid Wizard, on the Absence page, the Absence Quota Type value includes the hours available (for example, 144h00); in the Bidding screen, on the Accrual tab, hours are also shown. Critical: Fixed a bug where absence accrual usage was showing an invalid amount when there was not a single day off record spanning the entire period

Corrected the calculation of designated usage by ignoring the default days off when true day off records exist.

 CORR Blocker: An issue where an insufficient accruals message appeared and accruals were not generated even though the employee had enough accrual hours was fixed. OPS-30013

 CORR Blocker: An issue where accrual generation failed when there was an existing accrual record on the accrual date was fixed.

Now, the process completes and no new accrual is generated for the employee with the accrual record.
