19.0.3.0 CORR In the Add Incident dialog box, when creating an incident after selecting a work record, the system now checks that the Incident subtypes shown are applicable to the Employee Type of the selected employee. If the Ignore Validation check box is not selected, a warning appears indicating that the Incident subtype does not match the Employee type of the selected employee. User will have to select another subtype or assign another employee. If the Ignore Validation check box is selected, some conditions have been added to generate a warning if the selected Incident subtType is not applicable to the Employee Type of the selected employee and to allow users to create the incident. 19.0.6.0 ENH When importing an FMLA certification with an extension, OPS now extends the To Date if the From Date is the same in the OPS record. Previously, the system considered having the same From Dates to be overlapping dates. OPS-20877

19.0.8.0 CORR In Absence Types ancillary data, an Update Use Accrual Flag button has been added to the screen toolbar. This fixes the issue of needing to access the Ancillary Groups - Absence Types screen to update the Use Accrual Year field (which is required to be set for absence types that use the Accrual Calendar expiration method and is read-only on the Absence Types screen).

Select a record and click the Update Use Accrual Flag button. All records are refreshed and any records that should use the accrual year (that is, they use the Accrual Calendar expiration method) show a check mark beside the Use Accrual Year field.
