Adding Reports to the Menu

Reports can be added to system menus in Trapeze6.

The report must already have been created and saved.
  1. Select Tools > Extensions.
  2. On the Menus tab, select Add File.
If the report already appears elsewhere in the menus, it should appear in the Extended Commands list. You do not have to readd the report.
    1. Enter the Menu Text.
This is the name of the report link as it will appear in the menu.
    2. In the Command field, select the report file to be used.
Most reports are found in ..\Modules\Extra\Reports. If you have created your own reports, they may be elsewhere on the system.
