Running SQL Reports

You can run SQL reports using the File menu.

If the system administrator has added your SQL reports to the Reports menu, you can select the report name to run the report.
  1. Select File > Open.
  2. In the Files of Type list, select Trapeze SQL Reports.
  3. Select the SQL report to run and select Open.
    If the report does not run automatically, select Report > Run or Start or press F8 .
  4. If the Enter Parameters dialog appears, specify parameters for the report and select OK.
    Report results appear in the screen.
If you need to stop the report before it completes, press Esc.
