About OPS

Operations Management is the process of managing all aspects of the workforce involved in delivering public and demand response transit services.

Trapeze OPS includes the following modules:
  • Yard Management
  • Workforce Management
  • Bidding
  • Dispatch
  • Timekeeping

Each of these modules includes a number of different features. Some of the features described in this document are not part of the core OPS product and are available as add-on modules.
