About Employee Information

Employee information can be entered, viewed, and tracked in a number of ways.

Trapeze OPS employee information includes:
  • Contact and personal information, such as names, addresses, hire dates, and seniority
  • Work information, such as bid work, days off, statuses, and preferences
  • Pay information
  • Customer feedback, incidents, accidents, and performance information
  • Allowances, equipment, and vehicles
  • Skills
  • Absences

You can import employee information or enter it manually.

You can attach documents, picture, audio files, and link videos to employee records in the Employee Profile screen. These files can provide supporting information for employee card, absence, accident, incident, and performance management records.
