activated days

Calendar dates that have gone through the Activate Day process.

Activated days prepare daily dispatch data based on the schedule and bidding information defined at the time of activation. Additional dispatching and yard management duties can be performed as needed. Details about the activated day are available in the Daily Activity screen.

In Employee Self-Service, assignments on activated days are noted in blue with a solid line in the calendar. Assignments for days that have been bid, or otherwise assigned, are noted in blue with a dashed line in the calendar.
