About ESS Employee Information
ESS Employee Information lets employees independently manage their personal and work-related information using a web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari).
Design and navigation characteristics may adjust to accommodate different screen sizes and resolutions (for example, when using ESS on a mobile phone).
Using ESS Employee Information, employees can do the following:
- View assignments and driver paddles
- Sign in to work (if your transit agency uses Sign-In Terminal)
- View, create, and update absence requests
- View accrual balances and absence history
- View, create, and update extra pay requests
- View, create, and update volunteer requests
- View and update contact information and other personal details
- View personal messages, detour messages, documents, and expiration dates
- Create and send memos to specific recipients
- View and create allowance claims and banked time elections
- View incidents, performance data, and safe driving information
- View score cards (if your transit agency uses Scorecard)
- View timekeeping information
- View hold-downs and open runs
- View posting reports (volunteer, extraboard, OPS weekly rosters, and vehicle inspection)
Note:
Depending on transit agency policies, some features may not be available.
