Work associated with an employee. It's marked in blue in the calendar.

Assignments have two states: Bid and Active.

• Bid assignments are assignments that have been bid for and awarded or otherwise assigned (for example, directly assigned to an employee in Daily Activity). These assignments are shown in blue with a dashed line in the calendar. Selecting the assignment also shows the word (Bid). These assignments aren't confirmed until they've been activated.
• Active assignments are shown on days that have been activated in the system (that have been through the Activate Day process).
