Description: Allows certain run type costing parameters to be overridden by vehicle type.

SignId Sign-up period identifier from SignUpPeriods.SignId.
DivisionId Division identifier from MasterDivisions.DivisionId.
BusTypeId Bus type identifier from BusTypes.BusTypeId.
ReportTime Report time in seconds to be added to a dwell time for the pull-out event. It can be used to give the operator time to check-out a vehicle at the garage.
ClearTime Clear time in seconds to be added to a dwell time for the pull-in event. It can be used to give the operator time to check-in a vehicle at the garage.
BlockGroupExtraReportTime Additional report time in seconds at the beginning of block group for vehicle type.
BlockGroupExtraClearTime Additional clear time in seconds at end of block group for vehicle type.
BlockGroupExtraPrepTime Additional preparation time in seconds at beginning of block group for vehicle type.
BlockGroupExtraFinishTime Additional end time in seconds at end of block group for vehicle type.
PrepTime Preparation time in seconds for the vehicle type.
FinishTime Finish time in seconds for the vehicle type.
BonusPayTime Flat amount paid for time in seconds to operate a certain type of vehicle.
EarlyReportThreshold Reports earlier than this time receives early report time. Value is in seconds from midnight.
EarlyReportTime Additional time in seconds given to an operator before his or her report time. Value is in seconds from midnight.
NoEndTravels If non-zero, end travel on runs assigned to the selected vehicle type are not paid.
