Description: List of all sign-up periods. A sign-up period is a period of time to which a schedule applies.

| ToDate | End date of the sign-up period. |
| Comments | Comments about the record. |
| Production | Indicates whether or not a sign-up period is considered complete and ready for production. |
| ModTime | Time at which the sign-up period was last modified. 7-character string indicating what days of the week on which the transfer is valid (e.g., 0011001 means Monday, Tuesday, and Friday). |
| ModDate | Date when the sign-up period was last modified. |
| ModBy | Name of the user who last modified the sign-up period. |
| Development | Indicates whether or not this is a development sign-up period. |
