Description: Contains the Cert applications allowable users and there access rights to different parts of Cert.

| UserName | User account name of the person that has been assigned rights to use Cert. |
| UserPassword | Corresponding password of the assigned user account. |
| LoginField | Name of the type of access that the logged in user has (e.g., Cert Admin, Cert user). |
| TableCode | Flag that indicates what EditMode pertains to (e.g., F for functions, etc.). |
| EditMode | Flag that indicates what level of use the user has (e.g., R for review, E for edit, etc.). |
| CertStatusTypeId | Numeric identifier of the certification status (from the CertificationStatus table). |
