Description: List of contact categories. Used for setting up whom and how to contact an agency.

ContactId Numeric identifier of the contact category.
Contact System property-defined list of contact categories (e.g., Manager, Dispatch, VIP). Define values in TP4 System Properties - System tab - Contact Category (propId 30). Separate multiple values with a comma.
ContactLastName Last name of the contact person.
ContactFirstName First name of the contact person.
ContactMiddleInit Middle initial of the contact person.
SiteName Site or location name of the address attached to the contact.
StreetNo Street number of the address of the contact person.
OnStreet Street name of the address of the contact person.
AtStreet Cross street or intersection closest to the address of the contact person.
Unit Unit number of the address of the contact person.
City City of address of the contact person.
State State of the address of the contact person.
ZipCode Zip code or postal code of the address of the contact person.
AddressSummary UK use only.
ZoneCode UK use only.
MapPage Page number of a map book that the address could be found on (e.g., Page 10 of Perlys Maps).
Phone Phone number at which the contact person can be reached.
FAX Fax number at which the contact person can be faxed.
Lon Longitude coordinate of the address of the contact person.
Lat Latitude coordinate of the address of the contact person.
GeoStatus Numeric value of the geocoding status for the longitude and latitude of the contact person's address.
Comments Comments about the record.
JurisPolyId Numeric identifier of the polygon that holds jurisdiction over the contact person's address (from the Polygons table).
ContactName Name of the organization or full name to be displayed for the contact (e.g., CNIB).
ObjectId Corresponding ID associated with the ObjectTypeLong field (e.g., if the ObjectTypeLong field is 15, then the ObjectID is the ProviderID).
ObjectTypeLong Flag that indicates which field the ObjectID is for (e.g., Provider or Funding Source).
EMailAddress E-mail address of the contact at this location.
