| SParamID | Numeric identifier of the suspension parameter. |
| SparamTitle | Name of the suspension parameter. |
| DAYS4SUSP | Number of days or months prior to today's date to check when generating the total number of client actions performed that resulted in a suspension. |
| DAYS2SUSP | Number of days to suspend a client. |
| MAXLETTER | Numeric identifier of the letter to use. It must match the number in the SLetterTitle field of the SuspensionLetters table. |
| SparamGrace | Number of days to allow the client to respond. |
| SparamAppeal | Number of days to allow the client to appeal. |
| DAYS2CHKPRIOR | Number of days prior to today's date to check for letters sent about previous suspensions. |
