| StreetNum | Street number of the address (used interchangeably with StreetNo). |
| StreetNo | Street number of the address (used interchangeably with StreetNum). |
| OnStreet | Street name of the address. |
| AtStreet | Street of the nearest intersection to the address. |
| Unit | Unit number. |
| City | City in which the customer resides. |
| State | State or province in which the customer resides. |
| ZipCode | Customer's zip or postal code. |

| Phone | Phone number at which the customer can be contacted. |
