IncidentId Unique identifier for an incident.
IncidentType Incident type identifier from OPSIncidentTypes.IncidentType. References the associated incident type.
IncidentSubType Incident subtype identifier from OPSIncidentTypes.IncidentSubType. References the associated incident subtype.
ParentIncidentId Parent incident ID of this incident.
OriginalIncidentId Primary incident ID that this incident is linked to.
IncidentGroupId Used to identify groups of dependant and associated incidents within an incident.
LDate Date the incident occurred.
IncidentTime Time the incident occurred. Value is in seconds from midnight.
EmployeeId The employee involved in the incident.
ReferenceText References a record or document associated with this record.
IncidentClassId Incident class identifier from OPSIncidentClasses.IncidentClassId. References the associated incident class.
Location Description of the location where the incident occurred.
WorkId Work identifier from TkWork.WorkId. References the work that was being done when the incident occurred.
PieceNum Sequential number of the associated piece of work.
SchId Schedule identifier from Schedules.SchId. References the associated schedule.
EvStrId Event string identifier from EventStrings.EvStrId. References the associated event string.
DivisionAbbr Abbreviated name of the associated division.
WorkName Name of the work being performed at the time of the incident.
PieceName Name of the associated piece.
LineGroupAbbr Abbreviated name of the associated line group.
LineAbbr Abbreviated name of the associated line.
VehicleNumber Vehicle identifier from Vehicles.VehicleNumber. References the associated vehicle.
BlockName.OPSIncidents Name of the block.
DirectionName Name of the line direction.
SupervisorBadgeNum Badge number of the supervisor.
SupervisorName Name of the supervisor.
Chargeable If true, the supervisor recommends that this event be charged under the client's workforce management policies.
IncidentDetailsMemoId Memo identifer from MemoValues.MemoId. References the associated incident detail memo.
MemoId Memo identifer from MemoValues.MemoId. References the associated general memo.
Comments Comments about the record.
WorkDescription Description of the associated work when the incident occurred.
IntersectionFlag If true, the incident occurred at an intersection.
Speed Speed of the vehicle when the incident occurred, if applicable. Value is in kilometers per hour (KPH).
AgencySystemType Agency's system where this incident occurred (e.g., Bus, Rail, Non-revenue, System).
VisibilityCondition Visibility conditions at the time of the incident (e.g., Clear, Bright, Sun, Foggy, N/A).
VehicleMotionType Vehicle motion at the time of the incident (e.g., Standing, Starting, Stopping, Moving, Moving on a Curve, Moving Straight, Moving in its Lane, Changing Lanes, Turning, Backing Up, Parked, Other (Specify)).
TrafficSignalType Types of signals (traffic, yard) and their status in the area of the location. The status would be relevant to the time of the incident (e.g., Red, Yellow, Green, No Light, Other, N/A).
RoadSignage Types of signage (traffic, yard) and their status in the area of the location. The status would be relevant to the time of the incident. (e.g., No Sign, Traffic Signal, Stop Sign, Yield, No Turn on Red, No Left Sign, Grade Gate, Other, Stop Sign, Rail Crossing).
VehicleDamageLocation Location of damage on the vehicle (e.g., Left/Front, Left/Side, Left/Rear, Right/Front, Right/Side, Right/Rear, Front, Rear).
IncidentOccured Location of the incident (e.g., Articulated Bus, Standard Bus, Train, Platform, Tracks, Escalator, Stairs, Bay(#), Terminal, Bus Shelter, Agent Booth, Mezzanine, Tunnel, Ramp, Passageway, Turnstiles, Crossing, Station).
VehicleFloorCondition Condition of the floor in the vehicle at the time of the incident (e.g., Dry, Wet, Other (Specify)).
BusStepsCondition Condition of the steps in the bus at the time of the incident (e.g., Dry, Wet, Wet (snow), Other (Specify), N/A).
BusStopProximity Location of the bus stop if the incident occurred at a bus stop (e.g., Nearside, Farside, Midblock, Other (Specify)).
TripEventType Trip event type during the incident (e.g., Regular, Pull In, Pull Out, Reroute, Yard, Charter, Other (Specify)).

StairsShelterDetail Description of the stairs at the shelter (e.g., Exposed to Weather, Inside First Stairs in From Entrance, Outside but Covered, Inside Second Stairs in From Entrance, Other (Specify)).
StairsCondition Condition of the stairs that the party fell on (e.g., Ok, Dry, Sanded, Wet, Icy, Snowy, Slushy, Debris, Under Construction).
StairsFlight Location of party's flight on the stairs at the time of incident (e.g., Top, Middle, Bottom).
StairsPartyAction Action of the party on the stairs at the time of incident (e.g., Going Up, Climbing Down, Standing, Other (Specify)).
EscalatorDirection Direction of the Escalator at the time of incident (e.g., Ascending, Descending).
