Field	Documentation
FuelImportId	Unique identifier for a fuel import.
Violations	Import violations (e.g., 'Invalid Vehicle Number').
AccountNo	Account number.
UserString1	Client supplementary data.
UserString2	Client supplementary data.
GasCard	Gas card account number that was used during the purchase.
InvoiceDate	Invoice date.
TransactionDate	Date the record was changed in the source system.
VehicleNumber	Vehicle identifier from Vehicles.VehicleNumber. Typically painted on the vehicle.
Odometer	Vehicle's odometer reading in meters at the time of fueling.
FuelDescription	Short description of the fueling, usually the company from which fuel was bought.
FuelType	Type of fuel that was purchased (e.g., 'DIESEL').
Litres	Amount of fuel purchased, in litres.
FuelRate	Cost of the fuel at the time of purchase ($/Litre).
Gallons	Amount of fuel purchased, in gallons.
NetCost	Cost of the fuel itself, without taxes.
Taxes	Amount of taxes paid for the fuel.
TotalCost	Total cost of the fuel (NetCost + Taxes).
ReferenceText	References a record or document associated with this record.
VendorCode	Vendor identifier from Vendor.Vendors. References the associated vendor.
VendorName	Name of the fuel supplier.
SiteName	Site name of the fuel supplier.
Address	Full address of the fuel supplier's location.
AddrName	Name of the road of the fuel supplier's address.
City	City of the fuel supplier.
State	State/province of the fuel supplier.
ZipCode	Zip/postal code of the fuel supplier.
Phone	Phone number of the fuel supplier.
UserString3	Client supplementary data.
