Field	Documentation
EmployeeId	Employee identifier from Employees.EmployeeId. References the associated employee.
FromDate	Start date of the absence.
FromTime	Start time of the absence. Value is in seconds from midnight.
ToDate	End date of the absence.
ToTime	End time of the absence. Value is in seconds from midnight.
AbsenceTypeId	Absence type identifier from AbsenceTypes.AbsenceTypeId. References the type of each absence.
Comments	Comments about the record.
Approved	Indicates whether or not the absence was approved (1 = Approved, 0 = Otherwise).
AbsenceId	Unique identifier for an absence.
SubstituteEmployeeId	Employee identifier from Employees.EmployeeId. References the employee that took over the absence employee's duties.
Chargeable	If true, the supervisor recommends that this event be charged under the client's workforce management policies.
PayTime	Total pay time in seconds.
BidLineId	Bid line identifier from BidLine.BidLineId. References the associated bid line.
CallInDate	Date the employee requested the absence.
CallInTime	Time the employee requested the absence. Value is in seconds from midnight.
CallInTaker	Name of the person who received the employee's absence request.
AbsenceReasonId	Absence reason identifier from AbsenceReasons.AbsenceReasonId. References the associated absence reason.
ReturnNotificationDate	Date the employee reported a return to work date.
ReturnNotificationTime	Time the employee reported a return to work date. Value is in seconds from midnight.
ReturnNotificationTaker	Name of the person who received the employee's return to work information.
RelationshipId	Relationship identifier from AbsenceRelationships.RelationshipId. References the associated relationship.
AbsenceRequestId	Absence request identifier from OpsAbsenceRequests.AbsenceRequestId. References the associated absence request.
RequestedDate	Date of the requested absence.
RequestedTime	Time of the requested absence. Value is in seconds from midnight.
RequestTaker	The name of the person who recorded the employee's absence request.
RequestDeniedDate	Date the absence request was denied.
RequestDeniedTime	Time the absence request was denied. Value is in seconds from midnight.
RequestDeniedReason	Reason for which the absence request was denied.
ModBy	User who last modified the record.
ModDate	Date the record was last modified.
ModTime	Time the record was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight.
AccrualYear	Accrual year in which this absence request must be accounted for.
EvId	Event identifier from Events.EvId. References the associated event.
Documentation	Indicates whether documentation was received for the absence (1 = Received, 0 = Otherwise).
