FundingSourceId	Numeric identifier of the funding source.
FundingSourceName	Name of the funding source.
Description	Description of the funding source.
FAX	Fax number of the contact at the funding source.
ContactFirstName	First name of the contact at the funding source.
ContactLastName	Last name of the contact at the funding source.
ContactMiddleInit	Middle intial of the contact at the funding source.
SiteName	Name of the funding source's building or location.
StreetNum	Street number of the funding source's physical address.
StreetNo	Alphanumeric value of the funding source's physical address.
OnStreet	Street name of the funding source's physical address.
AtStreet	Cross-street or intersection closest to the funding source's physical address.
Unit	Unit number of the funding source's physical address.
City	City of the funding source's physical address.
State	State of the funding source's physical address.
ZipCode	Zip code or postal code of the funding source's physical address.

ZoneCode	UK use only.
MapPage	Page number of the funding source address in a mapping book (e.g., page 13 in Perlys Maps).
Phone	Phone number of the funding source contact.
Lon	Longitude coordinate of the funding source address.
Lat	Latitude coordinate of the funding source address.
GeoStatus	Numeric value of the geocoding status for the longitude and latitude of the funding source address (0 = not geocoded).
Comments	Comments about the record.
ContractStart	Start date from which the contract with the funding souce is valid.
ContractEnd	End date after which the contract with the funding souce is no longer valid.
PolyId	Numeric identifier of the polygon where the address of the funding source can be found. The funding source will only cover trips in this polygon.
SecGroupName	Security group name assigned to the funding source for workstation user security.
RegistrationNumber	Registration number of the funding source agency.
AccountNo	Account number of the funding source agency for billing.
InActive	Flag that indicates the funding source is inactive.
EMailAddress	E-mail address of the contact at the funding source.
SignatureRequired	Flag that indicates a passenger must sign the bill for a trip when boarding a vehicle and/or run funded by a funding agency.
PaymentTypeId	Numeric identifier of the funding source payment type (from the PaymentTypes table).
