Description: Lists the average speed for a trip of up to a certain distance. Generally, longer trips will have a higher average speed because they allow the driver to use highways.

| FromDistMeters | Distance in meters that the speed factor applies to the vehicle between the distance specified in the FromDistMeters field of the previous record to the distance specified in the current record. |
| SpeedFactor | A multiplier that goes on top of whatever the calculated speed turns out to be and affects the travel time. It is expressed as a percentage. |
