Description: Lists the speed as a percentage for a trip up to a certain time. The speeds can take a value greater than 100.

| Day | Day of the week, where 1 is Sunday and 7 is Saturday. |
| CompassDirection | Compass direction that the speed factor applies to. |
| FromTime | Starting and ending time for the speed factor. The speed factor applies to the vehicle from the previous record's FromTime to the current record's FromTime. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| SpeedFactor | Multiplier used on the calculated speed that affects the travel time. It is expressed as a percentage. |
