| ActionDate | Date the letter was generated for the client status that was performed (e.g., warning letter, suspension letter). |
| SFilePoints | Points accumulated by the client towards being suspended. |
| SFileAction | Matches to a suspension parameter in the SuspensionParams table on the SparamTitle field. |
| SuspenBeginDate | Date from which the client suspension began. |
| SuspenEndDate | Date after which the client was no longer suspended. |
| SuspenLetterDate | Date the client was sent the suspension letter. |
