TurnRoundDays Number of days to resolve the issue. Used with ComSubject.DateLogged to calculate the target date of a specific subject.
RemindAfterDays Number of days after subject is logged before sending a reminder email message.
EscalateAfterDays Number of days after subject's target date before sending an escalation email message.
EscalationRetryNumber Indicates how many times the escalation email message is sent.
EscalationRetryDays Number of days between two escalation email messages.
